Plater Welder

Salary: £15.6 – £18 per hour

Quack Recruitment are currently recruiting for Plater Welders for a client in Derby with the chance of a full time, permanent contract!

Responsibilities for the Plater Welder role will be:

• Reading blueprints and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
• Setting up components, and using tac welds for welding according to specifications

Requirements for the Plater Welder role will be:

• an experienced, time serviced welder with experience of mild steel fabrication and plating in a fast-paced structural steel environment.
• Must be able to follow site procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work overtime if required.

Pay for the Plater Welder role will be:

£15.6 – £18 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours for the Plater Welder role will be:

8AM – 5PM Monday – Friday
