Welders / Fabricators

Salary: £15.6 – £17.4 per hour

Multiple opportunities for welders / fabricators to join a successful steelwork fabrication business with a healthy order book and a sustainable plan of growth. They offer a very competitive starting hourly rate that is negotiable dependant on experience (£15.6 – £17.4p/h) plus plenty of overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates.

Work undertaken varies but is typically structural steel (columns, beams etc) alongside some secondary steelwork (balconies, hand railing etc), so we seek applications from time served Platers/Fabricators/Welders who have experience on either structural or architectural steelwork – experience on both is advantageous, but not essential.

Fabricator-Welder role and requirements:

•Set out, fabricate and weld up a variety of either structural steel OR secondary steelwork/architectural metalwork.

•Must have at least 3 years’ experience working as a fabricator/welder on a range of structural AND/OR secondary steelwork/architectural metalwork work as listed above.

•Must be able to read and work to fabrication drawings.

•Have good attention to detail and take pride in your work.

•Live in/within a commutable distance of the workshop.
