Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Due to continued growth this leading business based just out of Newcastle City Centre is looking to recruit experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

As a Customer Advisor you will work a 6 monthly shift pattern which will be agreed between you and your manager. The shifts are usually 7.5 hours per day and your start/end time will vary depending on whether you are doing an early or late shift.
Working on a shift rotation between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 1 out of 3 Saturdays 9am – 5pm.

Working a targeted environment where Customer Service is key, the Customer Service Advisors for the business are the front line of the business speaking with new and existing customers.

Based around existing customer queries as well as new customers calling to find out about the services offered.

You will be required to hit sales targets but this will need to be balanced with providing great customer service too.

Excellent front line training right from the start from experienced members of the team. Your training period will last for 6 weeks and the last week will consist of supported phone call exercises to get you started.

What do I need?
* 5 GCSE grades A to C or equivalent are essential
* Excellent communication
* Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
* Organisation and planning
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Persuasion and negotiating
