Senior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant Transport Sector

Salary: £28,800 – £34,800 per year

My client are a small independent recruiter who are part of a larger group of PLC’s they promote a good work/life balance as well as having family values and looking after their people. Due to securing some very large contracts they are recruiting for a transport consultant to join their existing friendly team to meet their clients demands.

Transport Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant

A sales role where you will achieve agreed targets in relation to sales and recruitment activity to assist in developing the branch to its full potential.

The Candidate

 Well-developed inter-personal skills, be highly confident on the phone and in meetings

· Be organised and able to manage conflicting priorities as well as daily/weekly routines

· Target driven to achieve sales calls and meetings goals

· Good understanding of margins and temporary payroll

· Well versed in high volume recruitment within the transport sector

Please note you will need a driving licence for this role.

You will be a seasoned recruiter with a good knowledge of the transport sector and the relevant employment/recruitment laws/best practice and a have good insight of the local/surrounding transport labour market.

A thorough understanding of recruitment sales processes both on the phone and face to face are a must.

· £28,800 – £34,800 Basic (Based on experience)

· Commission/Bonus scheme – OTE to £32k to 35K
