FP&A Analyst – 6 – 9 months Fixed-Term Contract – £54,000 – £60,000 +
benefits – Wandsworth, London FryerMiles is delighted to be recruiting a FP&A Analyst to join a fast-paced international hospitality business on a 6- 9 month fixed-term maternity cover. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is central to delivering high-quality trading insight and supporting data-driven decision making across a global, multi-site operation. The successful candidate will take ownership of weekly performance reporting, partner closely with operational and commercial teams, and provide actionable insight to drive sales, margin, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management
skills , and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key
Responsibilities Own and prepare weekly trading and performance reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated. Produce and continuously improve weekly sales and performance reporting packs, highlighting key trends, drivers, and risks. Deliver sales mix and margin analysis, identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance and operational efficiency. Partner closely with operational and marketing teams to ensure reporting reflects underlying business activity and performance. Support commercial teams with reporting validation and insight to aid decision making. Provide insightful commentary on trading performance, including volume, pricing, mix, and site-level trends. Manage and support a junior team member, ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs. Collaborate with international finance colleagues to ensure consistency of reporting and alignment of methodologies across regions. Support senior stakeholders with ad hoc analysis, scenario modelling, and performance deep dives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and data integrity within the FP&A function.
Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent commercial finance
experience . Strong FP&A or commercial finance background, ideally within a multi-site or consumer-facing environment. Advanced Excel
skills with
experience manipulating and analysing large data sets.
Experience producing concise and impactful reporting for senior stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insight. Excellent stakeholder management and communication
skills , with confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Collaborative team player with
experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
