The Role Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures

Requirements BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent qualifications)
