Asbestos Surveyor

Fourstage Environmental Limited, an expanding privately owned Asbestos and Environmental UKAS accredited company are seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join their growing team in Castle Donington, East Midlands. Operating for over 7 years, Fourstage Environmental are specialists in dealing with all asbestos related services including, bulk sample analysis, air monitoring and surveying.

As an Asbestos Surveyor your duties will include:

• Undertaking all types of surveys including management, refurbishment, demolition and re-inspection in accordance with legislation guidance and company procedures.
• Compiling and maintaining accurate reports.
• Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.

An ideal Asbestos Surveyor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Be qualified to BOHS P402.
• Have some experience in a similar role.
• Hold a full UK Driving licence as the role will be predominantly field based.
• Computer literacy is also essential as you will be required to write up all completed surveys.
• Excellent communicator as you will be the first point of contact for all surveying matters and will be actively involved in liaising with clients prior to works commencing and agreeing pricing on all jobs.
• Candidates should have good Health and Safety practices, understand and follow current UKAS legislation and practises.
• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to working is required as the job could involve some out of hours working and there is regular overtime available during weekends.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £31,200per annum dependent upon experience.
