This is an apprenticeship. You will be working towards a Sales or Customer Service NVQ through your apprenticeship.

Job Description

This is a phone based role. You will be taking inbound calls from new and existing customers seeking insurance quotations or requesting changes to the insurance policy.

After taking accurate and detailed information from the customer, you will provide an appropriate insurance quotation, using your influencing skills and insurance knowledge to secure new or retain existing customers.

A comprehensive training plan will be provided for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Respond positively to customer requests and take responsibility and ownership for the resolution of customer enquiries or concerns.
• Maximising sales opportunities and identify additional opportunities to cross sell other products.
• Confident telephone manner and good PC skills
• Minimum Grade at GCSE of A-C in English and Mathematics.
