Assistant Accountant

Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for an assistant accountant to join a growing and fast paced organisation based in the centre of Reading. Reporting into a team leader you will be responsible for dealing with clients and making sure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
– Preparation of monthly management accounts
– Budgeting and forecasting
– Bank reconciliations
– Tax
– Payroll
– Fixed assets, accruals and prepayments

You will be studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA, coming from an accountancy background with outstanding communication skills due to dealing with clients direct on a daily basis.
