2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer — Fast Growth Cloud Business

2nd Line, 3rd Line and Field Support Engineer required in a brand new position for a fast growing cloud services business based in Vauxhall, London.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

TechQuarters is seeking a 2nd / 3rd Line support engineer who is passionate about supporting and implementing innovative technologies external customers.

You obsess over providing excellent customer service, love getting your hands dirty with servers and you probably bore all your friends about the latest cloud technologies, such as Office 365.

SKILLS YOU’VE ACQUIRED:

• Microsoft engineer (MCP level)

• Hand’s on server support

• Exchange Server, Hyper V or VMWare

• Windows deployment

• Active Directory

• Office 365 administration and support

• Office, TCP/IP, DNS, SBS2003 or above, building and maintaining Servers

• Logmein or other remote control.

• Project management

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Office 365

• Google apps

• CRM

• Sharepoint

• Yammer

• SaaS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 2nd & 3rd line support but focused on 3rd Line

• Project consultancy (project management and technical delivery of the project from start to finish)

• Office and field based server support

• Manage customers on a day-to-day basis and ensure we are continuing to provide a great level of service

• Strategic involvement in the product set and services for TechQuarters

• Progression to team management as opportunity arises
