Office Angels
Ensuring data is captured for the risk recording system.
Checking that risks are entered in a precise and timely manner onto the underwriting system
Chasing risk renewals.
Running reports and policy enquiries
Entering information into systems to calculate the Division’s aggregate risk exposure or to assist in any analysis of the Division’s account.
Maintaining the underwriting and office filing system.
Scanning and photocopying.
Responsibility for ensuring that the Division’s stationery requirements are met.
