As Shopzilla’s Account Manager for the French market, you will sell Shopzilla services our Top 60 existing merchants in France. This means you must have prior experience in a similar B2B role, be comfortable dealing with people in senior roles and enjoy building rapport to help increase revenue.

The most important things you’ll be doing are:

• Pitching and selling the Shopzilla marketplace to existing our VIP merchants
• Pitching and selling the marketplace to new strategic accounts
• Using your skills and experience to manage campaigns to keep all our key accounts happy, whilst maximizing Shopzilla’s revenue
• Liaising with clients regarding Shopzilla’s tools including our ROI and survey tools, as well as other associated tools plus new product launches and advertising opportunities for merchants and agencies we are already in contact with
• To maintain and keep up-to-date contacts and communications with merchants in CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Reporting your sales figures to your Manager

You should definitely apply for this role if you have:

• Fluency in French
• Proven successful sales experience in proactively managing existing clients
• Strong over the phone and face to face meetings skills
• A quirky, fun and confident personality
• No problem working under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Strong analytical and reporting aptitude

It would be a massive bonus if you possess:

• Media or Online Sales experience
• A passion for the Internet and all things Digital
• Knowledge of the Pay Per Click model/performance models
• University degree
• Another European language (particularly German)
