2nd Line Support/Citrix/Solarwinds/Exchange Server/Windows Server/SCCM
My client who are in the retail sector are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team in Victoria.
The successful 2nd Line Support Technician will need to possess solid experience within a similar role and possess the following skills:
- Windows XP, Windows 7
- Retail Experience
- Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Server
- Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010
- Customer facing experience – VIP
- SCCM
- Active Directory
- Service Desk Support
- Virtual Environments, VMWare, Windows Virtual PC
- Desktop/Server Applications – Such as MS Office Suite applications 2003 & 2010, Citrix
- Backup Applications, Net Backup preferable
- Anti-Virus Software – Kaspersky preferable
- Solarwinds
- Wireless & Network experience
At the end of the contract there would be the opportunity to go perm.
