Retail Supervisor

We have a fantastic opportunity as a Retail Supervisor in our Brand new store opening in Beckton, London!

The Role

As a Sales floor supervisor you will support your Store and Assistant managers by leading and inspiring your team to enhance the customer experience within our store, by coaching and developing them to provide the best customer service, and, by doing so will increase sales within your departments. Our continuing success is down to the talent and hard work from our people, who we nurture and develop to become the next generation of management.

You will motivate and lead your team to support sales and provide excellent service to our customers. Previous experience within a fast paced retail environment is essential as well as the confidence to be able to coach and develop your team to be the best they can be.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Customer service– Ensure you and your team deliver excellent service and meet customer’s needs
• Product knowledge– Providing detailed information about our products to customers
• Communication– ability to communicate key information to your team.
• Leadership– Lead by example and coach your team to become the next generation of Team Leaders and to achieve targets.
• IT– competent in the use basic IT systems
• Support– Assisting management with new colleague training and being accountable for your department in the absence of the management team.
