We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager for our Thornton Heath store.

As one of our Assistant Managers you will be responsible for making sure our customer’s receive the best service we can deliver. In addition to helping our customers and ensuring your customer service is second to none, your role will be to support and deputise for the Store Manager to ensure the efficient running of the store.

You’ll be helping out with the day to day management of the store, as well as motivating, inspiring and coaching the team to deliver store targets and customer service standards.

In order to succeed you will need to be a confident team player with a flexible and positive outlook as well as a strong passion for customer service and sales.

With previous supervisory/management experience, you will be a driven sales person with a strong desire to succeed! You will have previous retail experience with experience of achieving sales using the consultative sales technique as well as a flexible and committed approach to work.
