This role would best suit an IT graduate or someone with a few years’ experience looking to kick start their career in IT. You will be part of a busy team providing 1st line support for all technology service requests that come to the helpdesk via phone, email and in person. The role is set to develop over time and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to learn and further develop their skills. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Word is essential, and excellent written and spoken English is necessary. This is a customer facing roles and applicants must be friendly, professional, proactive and have a flexible approach to work.
