The role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative approach to legal procurement services within a growing national law firm. Reporting to the UK Procurement Manager, you will provide essential support to our business procurement function.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support, process financial statements, process helpdesk tickets, build relationships with other stakeholders/service users and work on development and marketing of the procurement function.
You will update all necessary reports, budgeting and financial records combined with a proactive, service driven approach to administrative support.
Your main duties will include monitoring and distributing all incoming and outgoing post, faxes and central emails; archiving, copying and diary management; minute taking and agenda provision; production of documents, reports and presentations for team members and to monitor and maintain the Premises & FM Group systems.
You will also assist in organising events and update any processes, procedures or manuals as directed and any other tasks required.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proactive a professional individual with strong interpersonal and influencing skills. You will possess previous administration experience and be a strong user of Microsoft Excel. In addition you will have strong numeracy skills, be able to work with flexibility and manage competing demands effectively.
