Grafton Banks Finance
*Assisting in the completion of month end reporting packages for the divisional finance department.
*Working closely with the Financial Controller to develop procedures and controls to meet expanding business needs.
*Ensuring timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations (accruals, prepayments, etc.)
*Dealing with department queries.
*Prepare VAT return and Intrastat report.
*Monthly cash and credit card reconciliation
*Maintaining accurate spread sheets
*Compile reports on a monthly basis
Ideally you will be ACCA/CIMA part qualified or AAT Qualified with strong excel and general IT skills. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and will be used to meeting reporting deadlines. Strong communication and team working skills are essential as is the ability to problem solve and work in a logical manner.
