Supporting the Store Manager at our brand new, one of a kind ‘Experience’ store, you’ll do more than just lend a hand. You’ll put yourself right at the heart of the action; leading by example on the interactive shop floor as you engage with every customer and really bring connectivity to life. Of course that means helping to coach and grow the team, resolve day-to-day issues and come up with long term solutions. But most importantly, it means encouraging customers to make the most of our new systems and tools through teaching and learning, allowing them to hold, try and test before they buy and delivering an experience like no other. You’ll have sales targets to meet, a busy environment to keep up with and plenty of responsibility to take on. And as the bridge between theStore Manager and the team, you’ll find yourself learning and leading at the same time – developing your own skills in leaps and bounds while shaping the future of the customer experience on the high street.

We might ask a lot, performance wise, but with a 43% bonus for hitting your targets, the better you do, the bigger your pay packet. To meet our expectations, you’ll need retail and people management experience, plus a real passion for mobile technology and customers too.
