Accounts Payable Assistant

Financeplus is expanding ….we are now seeking Junior Accounts Payable Staff to work within our Payments Team.

We provide this global group with an excellent comprehensive accounts function, ranging from Accounts Payable, Billing, Credit Control to Management Accounts.

Located in leafy Ealing, just a short walk from Ealing Broadway station & Ealing Common Station ( London, W5) We have now been established 3 years and have undergone impressive growth.

We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our AP Team.

We are looking for a self starter, with at least 6 months experience within an accounts based role. You will need to be familiar with Reconciling accounts. –

You main duties will include:

Preparing Reconciliation for the Assigned accounts (using excel V lookup)

• Handling phone calls from Suppliers / Buyers
• Log, chase up, resolve and close problematic queries with Suppliers / Buyers
• Preparing Payment Runs
• To ensure meet requirements of Service Level Agreements or Client Agreements
• Understanding any specific requirements of individual Client’s processes
• Assist and complete any other Adhoc work assigned by Team Leader/Manager
