Hollyfield Personnel are in search of a well-presented Administration Assistant on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Lichfield.
The organisation are seeking an outgoing, friendly individual with at least 12 months office experience and a good standard of education. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and planning skills and a good telephone manner. This role is suitable for someone with superb customer service and who can work efficiently within a team in this positive office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Raising of sales quotations via internal systems and Microsoft programmes
- Processing orders on the computer and issuing orders to the purchasing and manufacturing departments
- Providing order receipts to customers
- Dealing with technical queries
- Posting sales invoices on the in house system
- Liaising with internal departments and customers
- Answering calls and providing excellent customer service
- Updating databases
- Managing the diary
- Planning work for the week ahead

Hours of Work:
Full time hours; Monday – Thursday, 9.00am – 5.15pm, Friday, 9.00am – 4.00pm
