About the Company…
Our client is an award winning creative e-commerce agency based in Soho. They create beautiful and high end Magento sites for lifestyle, luxury and fashion clients, also providing much needed ecommerce guidance and services.
About the Account Manager Role…
We are looking for a talented account manager to maintain high levels of client satisfaction across all projects. You’ll be managing the flow of creative and technical tasks through the agency, working with our project manager, inspirational designers, developers and most of all our clients. You’ll also have:
- Maintain high client satisfaction through regular communication and updates
- Manage day-to-day creative and development issues with all clients
- Abiity to liaise with creative and developer teams
- Work with PM to expedite successful projects
- Generate and manage new business with clients
- Assist MD with pre sales and sales based work
About You…
You must be a people person, supremely well organised and thorough in your approach to work and possess a personality that clients like and trust. Our client has a creative, informal, non-corporate culture which welcomes individuality and flair. More about you:
- 1 – 2 years digital agency experience preferred
- Client side e-commerce experience valuable
- Knowledge of Magento admin panel valuable
- Well organised, good with detail
- Personable, engaging and positive
- Keen interest in fashion, lifestyle and luxury e-commerce
