Are you interested in working in Cloud Computing?

Our client needs several keen and capable IT Support Analysts (1st and 2nd Line) to support across a range of products including Microsoft 365. You will be offered full training and support, but the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proven experience of working within a 1st / 2nd / 3rd line support function to support the speed of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to help diagnose problems
  • Resolve problems directly where possible
  • Log issues with appropriate channels
  • Maintain ongoing communications with customers until resolution

Key Skills:

·Proven experience working with a technical support role

  • Superb customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A sound understanding of Windows 7/Windows 8
  • A knowledge of Office 365 or Cloud computing would be an advantage
