Our client is a leading technology firm and they now have 10 new opportunities for 1st Line Help Desk/Service Desk Analyst to join their team in various UK locations including, London, Birmingham, Manchester and Swansea

This fantastic role will offer the chosen candidates a great basic salary (£21,600 – £28,800 depending on experience ), plus company benefits

As a first Line Help Desk /Service Desk Analyst your daily duties will include (but are not

limited to): –

• Capture incidents by phone, voicemail or email within a timely fashion
• Ensure that full details of the users request are captured within the call management software,
• Take a detailed description of any actions taken with the users
• To communicate/escalate known/recurring problems to the team leader
• Complete the duties in a professional manner and to a high level.

As a 1st Line Help Desk / Service Desk Analyst you will have the following skills: –

• 1st Line Helpdesk experience – ideal
• Excellent & proven customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong organisational and administration skills
• ITIL experience would be an advantage
