Salary £34-30k + Bonus

This well-established and respected training provider is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join its existing team. You will promote their range of both funded and commercial training courses to employers across the Midlands and Southern England.

Key Responsibilities

• Using a consultative, solution-selling approach you will build relationships with employers from a variety of industries including Engineering & Retail.
• To promote both commercial courses and government funded training (apprenticeships)
• Contribute to the placement of learners into employment
• Account Management of existing key accounts as well as developing new business including agreeing SLA terms, training needs and employer contributions
• Attending local business forums and networking events as required

Applicant Requirements

• A proven track record in generating new business and account management of key account
• Ability and experience in maintain a high level of service delivery
• Target/results driven approach
• Experience within the training & education sectors would be an advantage
• Experience developing client relationships within the engineering sector would also be an advantage
• Ability to drive and use of own vehicle is essential
