Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – Building Services – London – Permanent

Working for a leading building services company who have been at the forefront of the building services industry for over 40 years, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a permanent basis in London.

My client is looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Air Con Engineer. The role will require you to carry out maintenance and fault finding on various Air Conditioning units.

The successful applicant will have experience working on:

· Fan Coils

· Closed systems (LTHW and CHW)

· MVHR

· DX Air Con systems

The successful applicant should:

· Be polite and courteous as it is a client facing role

· Have previous experience in a similar Air Conditioning role

· Be electrically qualified

· Have a basic understanding of building plumbing and drainage

Salary and benefits is dependant on experience but will include:
