This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT First Line Support/IT Assistant to join a highly successful and growing company situated in London. This role will be primarily based in the London office; however will require occasional travel to other office/client sites in the UK.
This opportunity will be varied and challenging position with occasional travel to other office/site offices. This position would suit any candidates who are looking to move away from over the phone support and are looking to be more hands on.

*VMWare – ESX and SAN Exposure
Role Overview
*Providing day to day 1st line support to users over the phone, onsite or remotely.
*Installing new hardware and software
*Setting up, changing and deleting accounts
*Supporting mobile devices
*Restoration of files for users
