1st/2nd Line Support / Service Desk Analyst wanted for an excellent client of mine based in Central London. I need candidates with previous experience working in a telephone orientated support position (Helpdesk, Service Desk, etc) resolving or escalating technical issues within set Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Excellent communication skills are essential along with previous support experience of the following: Windows Vista, Microsoft Office, basic Active Directory admin, basic Windows Server and any networking knowledge would be beneficial (TCP/IP, Firewalls, Switches).
