Accounts Assistant required to work for a leading retailer in central Essex.
This is a great opportunity to work in a busy accounts department and have the opportunity to learn and develop current skill set.
It will suit someone who is currently studying their AAT or have at least 3 years’ experience within an accounts department.
Duties will include:
- Responsibility for all banking and treasury management
- Manage all aspect of fixed asset processing and reporting
- Report and forecast Balance sheets
- Prepare VAT returns
- Control and maintain general ledger ensuring the highest level of accuracy is achieved and all reconciled correctly
Strong communication skills will be required to liaise with external customers and respond to queries via email and telephone in a timely manner.
Hours Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5.30pm
Salary £24-25k
