SUPPORT ENGINEER – £22-26k
Due to rapid expansion we are looking to grow our support and infrastructure teams with self-motivated, fast-learning Engineer’s to enhance our Technical Service’s department. A successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be customer focused .
This role will involve:
- Telephone support on Microsoft desktop/ server platforms and supporting technologies on our customer sites.
- As the individual becomes more confident with our solutions and customer base, there may be a requirement for onsite desktop support, basic network troubleshooting and installation work going forward.
Desired Skills & Experience
Successful candidates must be customer focused have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities a good understanding of Windows 7& 8 and Microsoft Server 2003/2008 and Microsoft Exchange. A working knowledge of LAN’s, WAN’s, Internet, Email and Firewalls will be extremely beneficial.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Have a current MCP/MCTS / MCSA 2012 or be able to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.
- Have a valid EU/UK driving licence
