The Opportunity

My client who are an award winning, fast paced  child development organisation which is having a positive impact within the education sector and developing bright futures for thousands of children every single week. They are a dynamic and passionate organisation who work in partnership with over 250 primary schools throughout Wales and Southern England raising standards and Developing Brighter Futures for over 80,000 children every week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business with like-minded people. Following product and process training you will be given responsibility for your own territory. The Role

  • Develop strong relationships with customers (Primary Schools/Headteachers)
  •  Built rapport with internal stake holders
  •  Use of company CRM system
  •  Conducting both Pro Active and Reactive Customer Visits
  •  Conducting detailed ‘Customer Service Experience’ Reviews
  •  Adhering to Company Reporting Protocols
  •  Fast Response to both customer & staff correspondence
  •  Co-ordinating short, mid & long-term activity plans
  •  Managing individual budget / cost centres

Skills / Experience

  •  Ambitious self-starter who is eager to build a long-term commercial career.
  •  A passion for the education environment and child development
  •  Dynamic, confident and target driven
  •  Articulate with an excellent telephone manner
  •  Persuasive and persistent yet friendly and personable
  •  Well organised with plenty of initiative
  •  Experience in working towards goals / targets
  •  Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. With the ability to motivate, manage and lead others effectively
  •  Demonstrate great organisation and planning skills
  •  Clear and decisive decision making abilities
  •  The determination and hunger to continually provide exceptional customer service 
  • A flexible and positive work attitude
