Client Account Manager (Internally based) – B2B
Based: Warrington (WA4) – Free Parking
To £22,032 Basic + Monthly Bonus
Hours: 9 to 5.15 Mon – Thurs (4pm finish Friday!)
The Company:
Our client is a well known household name service provider who delivers high quality services for over 30,000 customers across the country. Due to ongoing development and expansion, they are now looking for motivated sales professionals with the skills and attitude to work on behalf of one of their most prestigious clients (B2B).
The Role:
- The purpose of the role will be to conduct both specific and general-awareness campaigns to promote branding solutions within target markets
- You will be selling a range of brand name solutions to potential business customers (e.g. eBay / Amazon power sellers as well as larger organisations).
- To manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- To proactively prospect a range of products and services to a variety of new high value business customers whilst constantly seeking to deliver and exceed targets
- This role requires extensive research and sourcing of own leads skills (eg: search engines / databases) in order to generate, sustain and maximise both new and existing business opportunities whilst building pipelines for future business (this is not a call centre).
- Have a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations and have a high drive for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Skills Required:
- Current and relevant experience within a B2B sales role / Account Management
- Sound business acumen
- Stable work history
- Ability to work autonomously whilst being results / target driven
- Strong communication skills
- Confident with good communication and presentation skills
- Creative and innovative with an ability to identify new markets and opportunities
- Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Suite)
