An NHS trust based in South Manchester are looking to recruit 5 x Service Desk Analyst.
Your new company
This brand new team are looking to appoint 5 x service desk analyst to help, in an efficient and effective manner taking into account the professional and customer care orientated philosophy of this company
Your new role
In your new role you will be reporting into the Service Desk Manager. In your day to day activities you will be responsible for handling the technology service desk via telephone, email, chat or portal. You will analyse and identify trends in issue reporting and preventing solutions, logging and managing incident reports and requests.
What you’ll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will allow you to understand helpdesk operations; including tools, processes and methodologies. You must have a prior experience working within the NHS to understand the culture of the trusts. You must have strong communication skills and fantastic team player.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered an hourly rate of £13.28. The contract will initially last for 6 months with potential extension.
