My client provides Telecoms VoIP Voice and Data solutions to the SME market place.
Due to continued growth they now require a 2nd Line Voice VoIP and Data Network Support Engineer to join their Network Support Team.
The role is to provide network support to both VoIP and Data solutions in a Cisco and Broad Soft environment and insure SLA’s are met.
You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role that has included exposure to the following:
- Voice and Data
- VoIP Platform (Broad-soft or similar)
- Cisco experience / exposure (hold at least a CCNA or working towards)
- TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN / WAN and deployment of internet technology
- Experience of Moves and Changes
