Significant growth has resulted in a need to recruit additional administration staff to support our sales teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Registering new candidates on the recruitment database.
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries from clients & suppliers.
- Answering the telephone.
- Preparing documents for internal & external meetings.
- Printing, scanning and filing of documentation.
Skills and experience
- Experience of working within an office environment ideally within a similar position
- Proficient with MS Office and in particular MS word and Excel
- Excellent telephone manor
- Well presented
