Significant growth has resulted in a need to recruit additional administration staff to support our sales teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Registering new candidates on the recruitment database.
  • Responding to email and telephone enquiries from clients & suppliers.
  • Answering the telephone.
  • Preparing documents for internal & external meetings.
  • Printing, scanning and filing of documentation.

Skills and experience

  • Experience of working within an office environment ideally within a similar position
  • Proficient with MS Office and in particular MS word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manor
  • Well presented
