This is an amazing opportunity for a capable individual with a “can do” work approach. The position will be a varied one and will offer progression to the right person.
Duties will include:
*Supporting both the office manager and marketing manager
*Assisting with the organisation and running of monthly client events
*Acting as host to all clients and guests
*Organising badges, packs and catering for monthly events
*Carrying out follow ups after each event
*Updating Client information in CRM database
*Answer all general office incoming phone calls
*Opening up the office each morning
*Making sure reception area, meeting rooms and the rest of the office are tidy and clean
*Communicate with all areas of the business regularly to make sure that everything is running smoothly and wherever possible look for opportunities to add value, promoting Office, Administration and Receptionist services
Requirements
*2:1 bachelor degree or equivalent
*Proficient in Microsoft office applications – experience with PowerPoint is a plus
*Social media experience
*Experience using a CRM database
*Minimum 6 months experience working in an office environment
*Fluent (both written and spoken) in English
*Excellent attention to detail
*A highly efficient and organised approach to workload
*To be results driven.
*Strive to make a difference; enjoys a challenge and working under pressure to achieve the objective
*To be a strong team player. Working to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
