Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 per year
This growing organisation are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. The business has gone through an exciting period of growth and will offer flexibility with an optional hybrid working scheme.
Accounts Payable Clerk – About The Role
In this role you will have full responsibility of the Accounts Payable function and will be working within a finance team of 4. Furthermore you will be reporting into the Finance Manager and this role would suit someone who is qualified by experience. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Managing the end-to-end process of the accounts payable function.
* Processing around 350-400 invoices on a monthly basis.
* Processing weekly and monthly BACS payments.
* Checking changes to supplier bank details and new supplier bank details.
* Attributing correct nominal coding to invoices.
* Processing expenses requests for multiple offices.
* Assisting the Finance Manager with the month end process.
* Bank reconciliations and any ad-hoc duties.
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Strong Accounts Payable background
* Ability to commute into Farnham on a regular basis
* Attention to detail
