Accounts Payable Clerk

Radley Green are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk within a Multi-siteHealth Clinic. They are looking for a candidate capable of handling a high volume environment. The company are currently expanding their finance team as their portfolio and client base continues to rapidly expand! This position has the potential to pay between £20k and £23k depending on experience.

This role is heavily focused on the group’s stock levels for their medical equipment and products, so the ideal candidate will have some stock experience from an accounting aspect. Based in Central London the role will have an element of travel at different points in the month, allowing you to visit other branches that are also based in London.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• High level of supplier statements reconciliations
• Receive and verify invoices
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
• Prepare the payment run on a weekly basis
• Run the Aged Creditors on a weekly basis
• Manage the weekly BACS Payment
• Allocate payments into the suppliers accounts
• Send remittance to all suppliers paid

The following skills and experience you will have:

• 6 months + experience within Accounts Payable
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience with handling/managing stock
