1st Line Support / Desktop Engineer – Edinburgh- £30k

Supporting Users / IT, software & Systems Support / Desktop Support / Windows installation

This successful and growing company are looking for a IT Support engineer (1st / 2nd Line) to join their team to help provide enterprise level assistance to their internal users. You will be taking incoming support calls, analysing and troubleshooting issues, installing and customising OS / devices / applications for users.

** Hands on enthusiastic person who is quick to learn

** IT Support background, mainly on Windows Desktops and Laptops

** Famailar with connected peripherals including Printers, Video Conferencing, Scanners etc.

** Desirable ** Network support skills

As this is a successful and growing company there are opportunities for progression, over time you could move into more of an implementation role, working at customer sites or you might prefer to contribute more to the development and improvement of the product itself.
