Our client is a global player in the Office Services and Document Solutions arena. Due to further expansion they are looking to recruit an Account Manager based in or around the Nottingham ( East Midlands ) area to manage existing accounts and grow new business within their territory. You will be given superb product training as our client is committed to helping you advance your career within their organisation.
The Role
The purpose and remit of the Account Manager role includes:-
* Reporting to the Sales Manager.
* Manage and grow a sales territory whilst maintaining strong client relationships.
* Build a sales pipeline of new business opportunities that will ensure sales targets are met.
* Develop and nurture existing accounts.
The Candidate
The Account Manager key skills and experience will include:-
* Proven track record in B2B solution sales.
* Experience in managing the entire life-cycle of the sale, from inception through to closing the deal.
* Ideally have experience of selling Capital Equipment and be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge as it relates to your targeted customers.
* Able to demonstrable previous experience of constantly hitting and surpassing your targets.
* Ability to understand and fully assess client needs and be able to develop targeted solutions.
* Commercially astute with ability to identify potential business opportunities.
* Confident personality with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Good organisational and management skills.
The Reward
In return, the Account Manager will receive a £29k – £34k basic salary with a £68k – £78k uncapped OTE. A company car, laptop and mobile phone are provided plus benefits that include a contributory pension scheme.
