2nd Line Support – Letchworth – Office 365 – Hyper-V
£24-28K Depending on Experience – Exceptional training & Development within Organisation.
We are looking for a strong 2nd line Support Engineer to be based in a Letchworth office to provide 2nd line support to clients in the area. You will be based in their office providing support to their clients. You must have experience with Microsoft desktop and server and be a strong communicator. You will get the opportunity to work with TCP-IP, AD, Hyper-V, Exchange, Networks and office365. There is lots of training provided in the role and they are keen to develop you internally. If you have 1st / 2nd Line support already then please get in touch!
Key Skills & Things to learn:
* Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8
* Terminal services\Remote Desktop and thin client
* HyperV
* TCP/IP
* Firewalls
* Exchange server 2010 or newer
* AD
