A fantastic Food & Beverage company based in the City are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their fun and lively team.
The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months finance experience with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices and process payments.
- Generate sales invoices on a daily basis.
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Chase debtors.
- Input petty cash data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy.
- Investigate and answer routine queries from clients or suppliers.
- Maintain supplier and client database.
- Create, develop and maintain key financial spreadsheets.
- Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner, keeping the ledger up to date.
A good working knowledge of Sage Line 50 would be desirable.
