The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant

The role of the 1:1 Teaching Assistant is full-time, long-term position working in a primary school in East London. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a year 4 student with ASD in the classroom. You will be encouraging and supporting the academic and social development of students within the class. As a 1:1 TA, you will need to have a strong ability to build rapport and behaviour management skills to ensure the student is on the right track and feels supported.
