This role involves the maintenance and management of financial ledgers, including all functions of accounts payable.
Client Details
This is a Purchase Ledger position for an accountancy business where you will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance, based in the London Head Office on a full time basis.
The key requirement of this role is to build relationships both internally and externally, this is key to the success in this role and therefore strong inter-personal and communication skills, spoken and written are essential.
Description
This Accounts Payable Assistant position will involve:

Processing payable invoices
- Preparing of Bi-Monthly BACs and Euro payments
- Paying invoices
- Responding to supplier queries
- Direct debit invoices
- Closing Month end
- Preparing revenue invoices
- Collecting debtors
- Ensuring employee expenses and credit cards are coded correctly
- Ad-hoc duties

- Prior exposure working in an Accountancy role would be beneficial
