The duties will include:
– Post matched IBA/Schemes receipts against entries on 3 systems
– Reconcile Insurer statements and settle within credit terms
– Raise queries with Account handlers and Insurers as appropriate
– Chase queries on client and insurer ledgers to meet monthly targets
– Maintain ageing on Client and Insurer ledgers within 90 days
– Post matched IBA insurer payments against entries on 2 systems
– Process payments for refunds and claims requests and update system
– Process credit card payment requests and update system
– Perform System and Bank reconciliations weekly
– Adhoc requests
This is an immediate need and the client will consider people looking for either part of full time work.
