My client has an urgent requirement for a newly created 2nd line IT support analyst to join their growing IT team. Based in Central London but supporting various offices around the globe this will be an exciting mix of deskside, server side, telephone and remote IT support.

The successful candidate will be confident and outgoing with a passion for IT. You will be working on the latest technologies and be involved with various migration, upgrade and roll out projects.

To be considered for this position you will have worked with the following technologies:
– Windows 7, Windows 8 &/or Windows 10
– MS Office & Outlook 2010, 365, 2013 &/or 2016
– Active Directory – user account management
– Exchange Server 2007 & /or 2010
– VMWare &/or Citrix Xenapp Server
– SAN’s, servers, PC’s, laptops, VoIP, smartphones & tablets
