Our client is looking to recruit a highly organised and professional Account Manager to join their team in Leeds City Centre. Ideally, you will be an Account or Project Manager with exposure to working within in a client-facing role. Your key responsibility will be to deliver excellent service and develop strong and productive relationships with key clients across the FMCG sector .
As Account Manager you will:
* Be responsible for effective Project Management from planning to delivery on a short-medium-long term basis within agreed guidelines
* Deliver quarterly reviews to encourage client feedback, highlight key achievements and identify new opportunities
* Plan your workload accordingly
* Have a complete understanding of the 7 Gate Process to aid in the education of internal and external stakeholders
* Inform any relevant stakeholders of any delays during the 7 Gate Process
* Be able to demonstrate basic technical knowledge in all major printing processes and reprographics
* Run the RG Report accurately, taking sole responsibility for all content
* Attend design brief and handover meetings, weekly catch up meetings, quarterly supplier meetings and category huddles, events and in-store reviews
* Demonstrate excellent brand knowledge of your client, conducting regular in-store reviews and competitor analysis,
* Ensure quality and consistency across categories and brand
* Develop positive and productive relationships with your client through secondments, shadowing key contact, and category huddles
* Engage with your key client by assisting with the education of suppliers, attending supplier meetings and reviews, and category reporting to identify suppliers who need further education
* Recognise opportunities to educate further and expand business
* Be an ambassador for the brand and business.

To succeed in this varied Account Manager role you will:
* Be a Graduate with relevant experience, or a non-graduate with considerable marketing or graphics experience
* Have exposure to working with high profile clients and FMCG brands
* Have previously worked in a client-facing role
* Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
* Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, and be proactive, confident and positive in your work
* Be a great problem solver
* Have a good level of commercially aware
* Always take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities
* Be well-organised with great attention to detail
* Be a team player with an approachable and flexible attitude
* A full, clean licence would be of benefit as travel may be required.
