We are seeking an Account Executive to join a leading eCRM agency based in Central London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking a client facing career in the Digital environment. The successful applicant will have a keen interest in online channel marketing, and will be hungry to learn and develop new skills.
The Account Executive role is to manage e-mail campaigns from brief to implementation for a Global customer.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Account Executive will learn:
- How to manage the email campaigns and sign-off process
- How to improve performance and efficiencies
- Reporting techniques Use email service platform (ESP)
SUCCESS IN THE ROLE WILL REQUIRE
- Client centric approach
- Delivery of client projects on time and to budget
- Client satisfaction and pro-active resolution to any issues that may occur
- Excellent communication and key stakeholder management
- Full understanding of Clients business requirements
- Effective management of client budget burndown
ESSENTIAL
- Educated to degree level.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Flexible and able to work in a fast paced, hard working environment and demonstrate commitment to the role and to drive development.
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle changing priorities and multiple projects
- Willingness to respond to e-mails between 5.30pm and 10.00pm
