Full service independent Wealth Management firm with several offices across the UK are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team based in the Surrey office.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Match up cash received with the Commission/Fee statements – either on paper or via EDI.
• Data input of commission statements on to Intelligent Office. Analyse different commission/fee types on these statements. Each morning make match up any unallocated amounts in IO.
• Updating the Aged debtor daily to ensure matching correct against expectation and client. Making corrections and liaising with the PA’s.
• Month end checks on Intelligent Office before closing each month.
• Sage Line 50 input of supplier invoices and all other expenses – as backup
Previous experience of working within a Financial Services business coupled with relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
