Our client is a leading creative events production specialist working in the production, design, staging and managing of bespoke events. They work across several markets and territories on behalf of both agencies and global brands direct, including Dior, Hugo Boss, Diageo, Liberty, Barclays, Google, Twitter, Samsung, Panasonic and many many more.
As a well established, multiple award winning, growing business that already manages over 600 events annually across a diverse range of markets this role guarantees a rich and varied portfolio of projects to work on.
We’re looking for someone with first rate technical skills in 2D CAD and 3D Visualisation, but also someone that’s creatively driven, an ideas person that can collaborate with the rest of the production team, to live and breathe creativity and to apply this to the production and delivery of first rate, technically advanced and creatively progressive events solutions.
Responsibilities include
- Designing sets, product displays, exhibitions and themed elements for a wide variety of events.
- Responding to client briefs via research, ideation, creative brainstorming and conceptualisation.
- Creating 2D CAD and 3D Visualisations of the event, along with developmental scamps, mood boards etc.. for client pitches.
- Consider materials and build practicalities from both fabrication and budgetary perspectives.
- Work closely with Production and Project Management, supervising installations where necessary.
- Mentoring junior members of the team and leading where necessary.
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in the Events industry working with brands and corporates:
- 2D CAD experience with AutoCAD or Vectorworks
- 3D Visualising experience with 3DS Max or similar.
- Good skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Have high calibre creative conception and communicative skills.
- Good time management, able to work under own initiative.
- Technical knowledge in set building along with a basic understanding of video, sound and lighting.
