Our client is an SME IT Support/Managed Services company. They provide a host of IT services to their clients ranging from support, network installations and project management. They are currently looking for a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer to come on board and join their team.
You will be the first point of call for technical faults providing strong telephone and remote based support. You will log calls and offer first time fixes. From here you will escalate them over to the 2nd and 3rd line teams.
You will come from a similar 1st helpdesk and/or service desk background and a good grounding in IT. Any IT certifications would be beneficial along with experience of working within a Managed Services/Outsourcing environment.
The salary on offer for this role is – £24,000 – £30,000.
